LOGOS

If you need help coming up with a logo, chat with us and together we can come up with something great! You may also Google an image, just make sure when doing so you search with the name of image and coloring pages after it. For example: Shark Coloring Pages. This is to insure that a clean image pops up and not one that is very detailed. Below you will see examples of what is acceptable and not.

NAMES ON BACK OF JERSEY

We don’t recommend names on the back of jerseys for kids under the age of 8 years old for safety reasons. Kids are overly friendly with strangers at ball parks. If we are doing names for your order, make sure you have double and triple checked spellings.

SHIRTS/JERSEY SIZES

Base your jersey sizes off T-shirt sizes. Such as YXS YS YM YL

When emailing your order direct, please send over sizes according to the example below.

YXS- 1, 2, 3
YS- 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 22
YM -12

Total 3-YXS, 7-YS, 1-YM

LATE ADD ONS

I recommend you add 1 or 2 extra uniforms to your order. Choose a common size, pick a number, and divide that uniform(s) cost among the team members. Then when that player comes, the money they contribute for their uniform can be put aside for an end of year party or gifts.

HOW TO ORDER AND PAY

Once we receive your order, we will send you an emailed invoice where you can click and pay.  We require half down to place your order.

CHANGES ONCE ORDER IS PLACED

Be sure you stand firm with your team not to make any changes after the order is placed. Late additions are a uniform company’s greatest challenge.  Shipping charges and small order fees may apply where vendors require minimum orders.

TURNAROUND TIME

A typical turnaround for an in stock item is 7-10 business days. Most of the time we are faster than that, but some weeks are busier than others.

Embroidery takes 10-21 days depending on workflow. Embroidery also has a required minimum of 8 items or there is a small order fee of $15.00 that is applied.

BACKORDERS

We can’t help them and they are not guaranteed. I try to keep your team geared to a uniform that has a plentiful stock. It’s rare that I have back order issues, but when I do, I try to accommodate your taste and budget by putting you into something similar.

TIPS REGARDING YOUR TEAM

  • Less is more! I would refrain from asking parents for opinions on uniforms. Reason being, more opinions mean more unhappy parents.
  • Collecting money can be a hassle. The easiest way I have found is to get a PayPal account and credit card so your team can have no excuse not to pay in a timely matter. You may want to charge a $2.00 convenience fee as there are fees associated with that, but it keeps your teams business segregated and detailed for you or any concerned parent to view.
